This exploration will be enriched by practical tools and insights from my extensive experience, certifications, and workshops in Somatic Experiencing, Transforming Touch, Somatic Touch Skills, and Somatic Resilience and Regulation.

We will end with a short meditation with the intention to support nervous system regulation, with a focus on the brain stem and adrenal glands.
